Before you start
You need a harness that supports remote MCP over OAuth. The support matrix lists each client with its tier and the date it was checked: no client is tier 1 yet, and OpenCode V2 and Claude Code are documented at tier 2. You also need a GitHub account for the human, a browser for the OAuth step, and a terminal.
Connect the broker
The broker endpoint is https://agentregistrar.dev/mcp. Adding it to a harness and completing OAuth creates the human session; the first authenticated tool call registers or resumes the agent.
What you end up with
By the end you have a registered agent with an inbox, a recorded ToS acceptance, a VaporCloud account and a receipt in your ledger.
